In this Waltz of The Snowflakes session, you’ll learn a beautifully adapted solo version of the classic. This class is designed to be accessible to dancers of all levels, from beginners to advanced, with Rhea guiding you through each movement and helping you capture the elegance and magic of the beautiful snowflakes.

In this part of the ballet, the four seasons are summoned by Cinderella's Fairy Godmother. Each season presents Cinderella with their season's gift.

A floor and centre based class which combines yoga conditioning and ballet balance flows. This class will help to improve your strength and balance with balletic movements and flows to calming music. This is an all levels class.

Sculpt and Tone

30 minutes of strengthening ballet conditioning exercises to tone, shape and strengthen the whole body. This class uses optional equipment: A resistance band (long or looped) and a pilates ball or cushion. The class can be completed without any equipment. A mat or comfy flooring is recommended for floor work.

How it works

We have different types of ballet fitness classes live-streaming all week. Select the class you want to join and book your spot! Once you’ve booked, you’ll receive an email confirming your space at the online class and giving you all the info you need. You’ll also get a reminder 1hr before with a reminder of how to access the live class.

You will be able to see the instructor clearly but you have the option to allow the instructor to see you or you can turn your camera off so you are invisible to the rest of the class. It’s entirely up to you. Our teaching style is relaxed and friendly. Ballet fitness should be enjoyable - it’s what keeps us coming back!

What you'll need

  1. A chair or something you can use as a barre (tabletop, counter top etc).

  2. Enough space to lift your leg in front, to the side and behind you. (Move those vases!)

  3. A yoga mat / towel / comfy flooring for mat work and stretching.

  4. A computer or phone you can link to the class through set up in a place you can see clearly.

    Note: If you are on carpet, be aware that there will be more friction which can be harder on joints and muscles. Please be careful and stop if anything feels uncomfortable or twingey (knees especially!)


The tech bit:

  • We use Zoom for our live-stream classes.

  • Once you join the class, please mute your mic. You can leave your camera on or turn it off - that's entirely up to you :)

  • If you are asked for a meeting code, it will be the unique code at the end of the meeting link such as abc-defg-hjk.
